Middle schoolers and high schoolers need a place to hang together and learn about Jesus together.
On Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:15 pm, our students get together for some hang time, worship & teaching. This is a visitor-friendly meeting, and all teens are welcome. It is a time of worship and encounter, a time of connecting and deepening, a time of recharging and rethinking.
Children are a primary focus for us at Hope.
We want to provide a fun, exciting and safe place for our children to learn the truth of the Bible and how to live it out in their life. All children join in Worship KidStyle in Ackerman Hall during the 10:30 Sunday service.
Nursery care is available during the morning service at 10:30 am on Sundays.
Worship Kids Style is our children's church for Kindergarten through 5th grade, which opens with a puppet show presented by our Inside Out Student Ministries with an emphasis on the day's lesson. We then worship the Lord through music, a Bible lesson, games, crafts, drama and other activities.
Adults and teens are invited to participate in the puppet ministry. Performances are every Sunday morning in Ackerman Hall at 10:30 am for the children. We have a puppet stage and various puppets, sound equipment and a variety of scripts. The skits are humorous and help reinforce the lesson for Children's Church.
This team, under the leadership of Child Evangelism Fellowship, reaches the boys and girls of our community at a local school each week with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is an evangelism and discipleship outreach. This group also conducts a 5-Day Club in the summer at a local daycare.
