Are you a prayer warrior? Do you want to grow in your prayer life? We firmly believe that Corporate prayer is important – a coming together of Christians to pray for one another, and for God's blessing and direction.
We invite you to pray with us. Whether you would like to be part of our prayer meetings or part of our prayer chain, we would love for you to get involved.

Monday Night Prayer Group
Meets in the church library in Ackerman Hall at 6:15 pm every Monday night to pray for our congregation and ministries.
Wednesday Adult Bible Study and Prayer
Every Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm, we meet as a congregation for prayer and Bible study in the Sanctuary. A list of prayer requests is handed out at that time reflecting the burdens and needs on the hearts of our people for the current week.
Thursday morning Congregational Prayer
Every Thursday morning at 9:00 am in the Sanctuary. This is our newest prayer gathering! It is an informal group for men and women to come and pray for the church ministries, and future direction for church, community and country. Because it meets in the morning, it is hoped that more people will participate that are not able to drive at night.
If you have a prayer request, and you would like quick and concerted prayer, please contact the church office at (352) 686-6020. Our staff will send your request to the congregation by email, so it will be prayed for that day.
Good News Club Prayer Team
The success of our Good News Club ministry at a local Elementary school is in direct proportion to the dedicated, daily intervention of our Prayer Team. They pray for the Team of volunteers, the School Administration and Staff, Teachers, Parents and children. The Gospel message is presented to the children who are signed up for the Good News Club weekly through various stories from God's Word. The children write down their prayer requests and these are forwarded by email each week to our Prayer Team. If you are interested in being a prayer partner in this outreach, please let the church office know.
