Alliance Women’s Fellowship
Held the second Saturday of each month at 9:30 am, usually in Ackerman Hall, this fellowship time is for every woman attending Hope Church. It is a time not only to discover relationships of mutual encouragement and support through being together, but also to realize the tremendous power of God and the dynamic results available through prayer. You will learn to influence the lives of friends and neighbors through the sharing of God’s love and enjoy the satisfaction of impacting the world for Jesus Christ through a vibrant partnership with Alliance missionaries.
Dinners for Six
Hope Church has many long-standing members, new members and new friends. As a result, we need to know one another on a one-to-one basis, and we have found that our “Dinners for Six” have helped develop good Christian friendships among all the people who attend Hope Church. These dinners are meant for relaxation and getting to know one another. If you are interested in attending or hosting, please contact the church office at (352) 686-6020 or speak with Terry & Billie Fox.
Ventures is an opportunity for fellowship open to everyone. Each month will feature a different activity. It may be a luncheon, a picnic, a trip or other event. These will be announced in advance on the home page of our website at the bottom and on the church calendar. The church bulletin and sign-up sheets will be available in the church foyer. Any cost involved will also be announced at that time.
Sunday Finger Food Fellowships or Soup and Salad Luncheons
Sometimes we just get together to talk and have fun with a finger food fellowship where everyone brings a little something to share on a Sunday evening after a special service.
Other times, we may have a Soup and Salad Luncheon after church at a minimal cost. Soup, Salad and Beverages are provided. Desserts donations are appreciated.
These events are not scheduled during the summer months, as so many are traveling.
